Kabayaki is a style of cooking where meat is carefully prepared before being grilled. Eel kabayaki is a traditional Japanese dish. Here at Unagi we greatly value the ‘warmth’ of a hand cooked meal and believe, that by taking our work seriously every day, we can contribute meaningfully to our society. They say that “Delicious is nutritious” and we firmly agree. As such, we are confident that if you visit us, you will leave with a full belly and a happy cheer.
